Mike Gozzo is an engineer and strategist who has worked for some of Montreal’s most innovative technology firms and was named one of Quebec's top 25 emerging entrepreneurs. Currently he leads SupportKit.io, a platform that allows app makers to drive funnel completion and improve customer retention by seeing and talking to their users. In his spare time, Mike creates and maintains popular iOS open-source projects such as Ringo and writes on everything from product management to prosciutto making on his blog.
